This spoiler is the GT2M spoiler. It comes with integrated ducts to cool the engine as well as to draw cool air into the intake for better power delivery. It is also increases the downforce to the rear of the vehicle providing greater rear stability at higher speeds. This design is similar to the 997 GT2 Factory Blade and is available in FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) as well as full and visible finished carbon fiber.
This spoiler fits all year 997 911 Carreras including the C2, C2S, C4 and C4S. It also fits all of the face lifted models (997.2). It also fits coupe, cabrio and targa.
This spoiler does not replace your entire decklid, rather it bolts into it. Because of this you will not lose your OEM Decals or your center reflector on the rear of the C4 and C4S. The spoiler is designed so that your OEM brake light shines between the spoiler top and bottom spoiler so that you retain the use of your center brake light.
